Little Panda Policeman experienced a downward trend in downloads, beginning at 1.8K in late December and decreasing to 553 by the end of March. The active user base followed a similar pattern, starting at 5K in late December, dipping to around 3K in early March, and further declining to 2.8K by the end of March.
